Viewsonic who are known for their monitors and forms of projection are jumping into the market for netbooks.  In November 2009 the new Viewsonic VNB102 netbook will be released.

Here are the specs:

  • 1.6-GHz Intel Atom N270
  • 1GB of RAM
  • 160GB hard drive
  • 10.1-inch screen
  • 3 USB
  • Windows XP Home

Offered with a 3 cell and 6 cell batteries, the VNB102 will be offered for $349 and $399 respectively.

Looks like a pretty clean machine with quite average specifications.  It seems that everyone is trying to get in on the netbook options craze.
