The latest netbook option from Acer is the dual-boot Android which should be available sometime in November.

Should have very similar features as the Acer Aspire One netbook and will run windows, leading to the belief that the the Android will cost about the same amount ($350).

Even though the cheaper Google Chrome OS could make an appearance in China in October, with the major netbook manufacturers it will not appear for a while.  The Android will be released with Windows.
