Weidbu N10A Netbook uses Nvidia ION, CPU Atom 230

According to Netbook Boards, the Weibu N10A netbook should be available in Japan sometime in the next week.
Here are the Weibu N10A specs:
- Runs Nvidia ION Chipset
- Intel Atom 230 (might be inadequate as most netbooks use a N or Z processor.
- 1024 x 600 display
- 2 GB memory
- 150 GB HDD
- HDMI out
- No operating system
Not overly sure what to expect about this netbook but we do know that it should be available for about $400 in Japan.
